I'm a qualified and fully insured Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Oncology Massage / Massage Therapist and Reflexologist - passionate about helping you feel your best.
I offer treatments for clients aged 18+ from my calm and welcoming therapy room at The Wellness Hub in Falmouth. My approach is client-centred, ensuring each session is tailored to meet your unique needs.
My goal is simple: to create a safe, peaceful space where you can slow down, relax and feel genuinely looked after. Whether you're seeking support during post-operative recovery, living with or recovering from cancer, managing swelling or discomfort, or simply looking for time to relax and recharge. My treatments are designed to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Pre and Post Operative Massage
I completed my Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) training with the Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA), an internationally recognised and multi-award-winning training provider. I’m qualified and experienced in supporting clients both before and after surgery, including cosmetic procedures, joint surgery and cancer-related surgery.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialist treatment that is often recommended as part of post-operative recovery. Unlike traditional massage, MLD uses very light, specific techniques designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage the natural movement of excess fluid.
Following surgery, MLD may help to reduce swelling and bruising, ease feelings of tightness and pressure, support the management of fibrosis and improve overall comfort during the recovery process.
Every treatment is tailored to you, taking into consideration the type of surgery you’ve had, where you are in your recovery and any guidance provided by your surgeon or medical team.
Holistic Massage
For my holistic massage treatments I use high-quality oils and a blend of techniques including long flowing strokes, to promote deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension. Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxation - it offers a range of benefits for all ages such as:
