I'm a qualified and fully insured Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Oncology Massage / Massage Therapist and Reflexologist - passionate about helping you feel your best.
I offer treatments for clients aged 18+ in the Falmouth and Truro areas. My approach is client-centred, ensuring each session is tailored to meet your unique needs.
Whether you visit my serene treatment room at the Wellness Hub on the outskirts of Falmouth, or prefer the comfort of a mobile massage in your home, my goal is the same: to provide a relaxing, peaceful experience with both physical and mental benefits.

Services
I received my Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) training from the Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA) , an international and multi-award winning company. I am qualified and experienced to provide Pre and Post-Operative support to clients, and my treatments focus on clients who have undergone cosmetic, joint and cancer surgeries.
Surgeons consistently recommend MLD for post-operative clients, and evidence has shown that it can be particularly helpful for reducing post-operative swelling and bruising, reducing the feeling of tightness and pressure, and reducing fibrosis. MLD is not massage, and is a very light, gentle treatment. Clients usually report improved comfort levels after sessions.

For my holistic massage treatments I use high-quality oils and a blend of techniques including long flowing strokes, to promote deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension. Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxation - it offers a range of benefits for all ages such as:

You can choose to either visit me at my calming therapy treatment room at The Wellness Hub in Falmouth, or receive a mobile treatment in the comfort of your own home.
(NB: Please note that Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments must be conducted in a private, hygienic treatment room for the client's safety and wellbeing. Should you request a home (mobile) treatment, I will need written and signed permission from your surgical team on their official company letterhead.)
Mobile treatments are offered within 10 miles of Falmouth at an additional charge of £15 to cover travel and time and are available to female clients only.
Payment & Deposits:
I accept cash or BACS transfer and require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

Mon to Sat 9.30am - 6pm
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, but please note that deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours' notice or if appointments are not rescheduled. Cancellation fees can be waived in certain circumstances. See full T&C's here
